Have leftover ingredients from a recipe but not enough to recreate it? Savi Joshi, 18 Reasons Chef Educator, shows how to repurpose ingredients with some pantry staples to create a quick, easy, completely new meal.

18 Reasons Volunteer and Lil' Menace Bakeshop founder, Savi Joshi, walks us through how to make leftovers from an 18 Reasons Cooking Matters class into a Quick Greens Gratin. This super simple recipe uses everyday items, can be substituted with most vegetables, and works great for a quick mid-day lunch or dinner.
