Cabbage

Cabbage can keep for up to 2 months in your fridge if stored properly!

Regular old green cabbage, as well as other similar cruciferous vegetables, such as bok choy, brussel sprouts, and red cabbage, should be stored in sealed containers in the fridge to maintian the longest shelf life (up to 1-2 months).

Similar to other fruits and vegetables, do not wash cabbage until you're ready to use it. Place it in a simple plastic bag, sealed wrapping (such as beeswax wrap), or a reusable container.
