Learn how to make quick and easy kale chips with wilting kale and just a couple pantry staples. High in iron, fiber, and other vitamins and minerals, this is the perfect way to sneak in some extra veggies! All you have to do is wash and tear up some kale. Add olive oil and salt, combine, and bake.
Warning: They do shrink quite a bit and will leave you wanting more!
Kale Chips
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Wash and dry your kale very well. Dry kale=crispy kale.
- Shred kale with your hands and set stems aside.
- Add olive oil and salt, massage with your hands to break down the tough fibers.
- Lay out on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Pull out and enjoy!
