Learn how to make quick and easy orange peel tea with leftover rinds of your oranges, a cinnamon stick, and water. This tea can be customized to your taste with lemon, ginger, and honey. Use the peel of one orange for a mild tasting tea or two oranges for a stronger flavor. Remove the white pith from the peel as it may make your tea bitter. The tea will be a rich amber color.
Orange peel tea is high in vitamin C and flavonoids which can strengthen your immune system.
