Here is an easy yogurt salad dressing recipe using leftover yogurt in the container. You can use this to top salads, roasted vegetables, sandwiches, grain bowls, and anything else your heart desires. Yogurt Salad Dressing
INGREDIENTS
- Leftover greek yogurt in the container (about ¼ cup)
- ½ clove fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper or white pepper
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon dried dill (optional)
- ½ tbsp water (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the yogurt container.
- Add olive oil and mix until thoroughly emulsified.
- If it is too thick for your liking, you can use ½ tablespoon of water to thin it out.
- Mix in the dried dill, if using.
